Train on your own schedule for most of the week, and then receive focused, one-on-one attention from your trainer.

Initial Consultation: Start with a comprehensive assessment to determine your fitness level and set your goals.
Personalised Plan: Receive a custom workout plan for your solo gym sessions via the PT54 app. On here it will show what each session entails, you can tick it off as you go, even record what you’ve done! You can also add any notes you want about how it went, how you felt.
Weekly or fortnightly Check-In: Meet with your personal trainer mid-week to review your progress, refine your techniques, and adjust your plan as needed. All check in’s are either on a Sunday or Wednesday at my private studio in Sileby
Continuous Support: Enjoy ongoing support and motivation from your trainer via Whatsapp, email, or app messaging between sessions.
