Boxercise Classes​

What is Boxercise?

Boxercise is a dynamic and engaging workout combining boxing with cardiovascular and strength training exercises. 

It can be as intense as you want it to be, but I can guarantee if you stick around you’ll definitely get fitter! The constant movement and varied routines are also a great way to efficiently burn calories. This makes Boxercise classes an excellent choice if you’re looking to lose weight, get fit, or to generally improve your cardiovascular health.

The Boxercise classes happen right in the heart of Sileby at the community centre LE12 7RX (there’s a map below).

Sessions are on a Wednesday evening from 6.30pm – 7.15pm.

What are you waiting for?

One of the primary advantages of Boxercise is its effectiveness in improving overall fitness.  This ensures that everyone gets a full-body workout.

Boxercise classes will typically involve hitting focus pads (but not hitting an opponent). It is a fun, challenging and safe workout that is great for stress busting, while also being accessible to all ages and fitness levels. 

As a qualified Boxercise instructor I’ll teach you the different punches, stances, as well as how to hold the focus pads correctly. And of course it will also be fun!

Beginner or an advanced athlete? It doesn’t matter, the workouts can be scaled to match your fitness level.

I can help modify exercises, in order to adjust the intensity according to your capabilities. We’ll start with basic techniques and gradually progress to more complex movements. This inclusivity ensures that everyone, regardless of their starting point, can benefit.  It’s just £5 per session or get a 10 class pass for the price of 9!
