1-to-1 Personal Training offers tailored guidance and support, making it particularly beneficial for those aged 40 and above.

At the core of it, 1-on-1 Personal Training is exactly what is says, a personalised approach. We’ll start off with a consultation that we can do anywhere you like, in person or by Zoom or WhatsApp. I’ll design you an individual program that  considers your unique goals, physical condition, and fitness level. This customisation ensures that each workout is both effective and safe, addressing your specific needs and limitations. There are so many options for you just waiting to happen. 

If you’re lucky enough to be 40+, this personalised attention is crucial. As we age, our bodies undergo various changes, such as decreased muscle mass, bone density, and flexibility. The program I develop for you not only targets these areas but also incorporates exercises that prevent injury and enhance mobility.

It doesn’t matter if  you haven’t trained for years, I’ve been where you are,  I’ve got you! 

As a qualified Personal Trainer I can help you achieve your goals. Having spent 24 years in the Army (don’t worry I won’t shout at you!) I know all about the need for routines, setting goals, getting a plan to reach them and ultimately achieving the right result.

For our Personal Training sessions, if you’ve got a home gym, fantastic! I’ll come to you, if you haven’t, no problem, all in person PT sessions happen at my private studio in Sileby.
