We’ll start off with a consultation that we can do anywhere you like, in person or by Zoom or WhatsApp. I’ll design you an individual program that considers your unique goals, physical condition, and fitness level. This customisation ensures that each workout is both effective and safe, addressing your specific needs and limitations. There are so many options for you just waiting to happen.
If you’re lucky enough to be 40+, this personalised attention is crucial. As we age, our bodies undergo various changes, such as decreased muscle mass, bone density, and flexibility.
